Mandy is a Human Resources professional at Southwire Company, where she has been employed since June of 2006. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of West Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and also a 2013 Graduate of the Carroll County Leadership Academy. She holds certifications in Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (a thinking preference tool), OCI/OEI (Organizational Culture Inventory and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory) and 4DX (Franklin Covey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution).
Mandy works closely with the University of West Georgia Richard’s College of Business to foster and coach students majoring in business to teach them the importance of sustainability and champions the Southwire Women's Network. A native of Carroll County, Mandy is passionate about seeing this community and its citizens thrive – and she believes mentoring is one critical component to achieving success.
She is excited to be part of the Mentoring Village Board of Directors! Mandy is married to Jim (UWG, ’06 and ’07; co-owner of the West Georgia Warriors) and they have two beautiful children – Tripp (3) and Collins (1).
